Don't let the friendliness fool you! Go somewhere else. They will nickel and dime you to death. I asked to have a bank account closed and they left it open long enough to take whatever was in it. It wasn't much, but they insisted in go into the bank to do it, which I couldn't because I was 2000 miles away. I was instructed to write a letter and that the funds left in the account would be returned to me, guess what. The bank pocketed the money left, still insisting that I had to go and personally walk in the bank. They reflect Ignorant bank practices that are being reported to a federal group that oversees the bank.

i had a great experience at the ibc at the mall. they were so nice and the tellers were so nice. it was such a clean enviroment an exceeded my expectations.
